A couple of years ago I had a brainstorm that becoming a personal trainer would be an awesome way to make money. I decided that getting a personal trainer certification online would be the perfect way - simple, work on my own timetable, etc. The only problem? I acquired my first aerobics DVD 3 years ago, and haven't used it ever since. I do not recollect what it was called - I have since misplaced it somewhere in the back recesses of my house, and have not seen it in several weeks, but I do recall a few things about it. It was bright pink, and had some grinning guy in spandex and big hair on the outside, telling you to get thin. My next workout DVD was a step calisthenics DVD, but it did no better. I believe I did try that specific cardio DVD a couple of times, but it was no use. I just felt so silly sitting here at home, moving along with a workshop on film who were not even in the room with me, pretending that I was doing something that was not wholly ridiculous. I just couldn't make it segment of my practice. I had originally scheduled to begin each and every day with the cardio video and a shower, but when I would rise out of bed each day, it was the very last thing that I wanted to do.

I have had three of four cardio videos since then and, to be straightforward with you, not one of them have worked well at all. It simply is not that enjoyable to do calisthenics by yourself in the front room, watching your cardiovascular disc on the tv. Nothing really happened to get me in shape from watching the cardiovascular dvd. Ultimately, I had to do the thing I had been fearing all along; I had to join gymnasium. Once I began to get my work out from aerobics lessons and not a cardiovascular disc, it suddenly transformed into so much easier to stick with the program. The classes got me out of my house, and the individuals in them were so motivating, that I just could not help myself. Pretty much immediately, I was hooked on taking work out classes to get in shape. It was like you could not get me away from them. Meanwhile, each and every cardio video I have ever had silently gathers dust in the home of a newer, fitter me.
